A multi-sensory celebration of seasonality, locality, and the richness of the everyday environment.
An experience of foraging the landscape in Toulouse, France, invited guests to forage the landscape, in collaboration with Chef Anton Petrov, who guided the group through local fields and forests, teaching them about edible wild plants. The experience culminated in a seasonal winter dinner, crafted entirely from foraged ingredients and local materials.

The table setting itself is part of the story — covered in moss, dirt, and forest textures that echoed the landscape we walked through. Each guest lifted a heavy, moist stone to reveal their napkin, beginning the meal with a tactile connection to the earth. Food was served within moss beds, creating the sense of picking your meal directly from nature. The smell of damp soil, the flavor of wild nettles and spinach, and the handmade foraged artefacts merged to create a dinner that was as much about place and presence as it was about food.
