Consisting of different components hanging in different levels to portray differences. If any of the components are removed, the lamp will not work as it can not balance. It is only when all of the pieces are together and the lamp is balanced that it lights up. It is a reminder of how all individuals have an equal value and that they are all needed just as much for our world to work.
